Sirromet Winery: Glamping amongst the vines

Open May 2018, the safari-styled tents will offer guests the ultimate grape escape with comfort and style among the vines

Glamping in a vineyard? Family-owned Sirromet Winery will unveil 18 beautifully appointed tents in May 2018 for guests wishing to enjoy the ultimate grape escape amongst the lush vines just south of Brisbane.

Designed to complement Merlot House, Sirromet’s existing four-bedroom guesthouse, the safari-styled tents will incorporate all of the natural elements of the Queensland dense bushland for guests who wish to sleep under a canopy of stars, in comfort and style.

Located on a hillside that’s also home to an abundance of wildlife and a cathedral of Australian native trees, each all-weather tent features king beds with luxury linen bedside tables and lamps, and reverse cycle air-conditioning for any seasonal stay.

Adding to the creature comforts are the en-suite bathrooms as well as other important touches such as hair dryers, irons and complimentary Wi-Fi.  And if you want to relax and enjoy a Sirromet wine as the sun sets, you can kick back in the outdoor chairs as wallabies, kookaburras and other Australian wildlife roam the tranquil surroundings.
